A few things that you need to know before starting up with your preparation is the admission process which will take you there. The eligibility criteria changes almost every year but the base process remains the same.
First of all, make sure you opt for PCM in your 11th and 12th standard and clear them with a minimum 75% aggregate to be eligible for the exam. After this, you need to follow four steps to get your desired college:
STEP 1 – Appear for JEE (Main) Examination
STEP 2 – Appear for JEE (Advanced) Examination
STEP 3 – Obtain All India Rank (AIR)
STEP 4 – Allocation of seats at the different IITs through a common process by the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSSA)
